| Greetings: My quixotic run for President in 2012 is over. My obligation to challenge the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, II to be President is not. In my lawsuit – Sibley vs. Obama – the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has summarily affirmed the dismissal of that suit by the District Court which held that I did not have "standing" to challenge Mr. Obama. In doing, they established the legal precedent that there is only one person who can challenge Obama's eligibility -- Mitt Romney. Thus I have written a Public Letter to Mr. Romney. In that letter I: (i) alert him that now he alone can challenge Obama's eligibility to be President and (ii) that I have heretofore never publicly released evidence which establishes the identity of the forger of Obama's Certificate of Live Birth and the trail which leads to Obama. So the ball is now in Mr. Romney's court -- not mine -- to do the right thing. As always, thanks for your kind prayers and emails of support. They mean a lot. |
